1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all protective materials, tags, and manuals included.

Customized or engraved items are non-refundable unless faulty.
2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at support@vorodoo.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

For international returns, please mark the parcel as "Return" to avoid customs fees. We are not responsible for any return duties.
4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Contact us within 48 hours if your item is damaged or you received the wrong product.
7. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

You will only be charged once for shipping (including returns).
8. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and customized orders are not eligible for returns.
